Entry qualification | Undergraduate diploma (or higher) Bachelor of Laws or an equivalent qualification of a jurist from institutions of higher education. Transcripts of academic records for all university courses. N. B. for non-EU/EFTA applicants: The gap since your completed Bachelor degree should not exceed five years. Important: additional country-specific requirements are set only for the following countries which you can find HERE (STEP 2). The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Lithuanian. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. Translation is considered to be official when it is bound together with the certified true copy of the original document and is confirmed by the translator’s signature. Documents issued in English, Lithuanian must be certified true copies and do not require translation. |

Overview
The objective of International and European Law programme is to prepare skilled specialists capable to work successfully in the most important segments of legal system: to perform academic functions of lecturer or scientist, to practice law and work as an advocate, notary, procurator or act in some other field of law .
The programme consists of three tracks:
1. International Law and Human Rights;
2. Tech Law;
3. Business Law.
Each track has its own compulsory and elective courses. The common and the most important objective of Law programme is to provide students with sufficient knowledge of norms of law (International, private law and technology law) and develop their skills to such level, when student is able to search for any legal norm in various sources individually, to comprehend the essence of legal norms and apply it efficiently in practice as well as analyse causes of litigation, make decisions, summarize and evaluate the results of analysis, make offers due to legal regulations, develop procedures and means of litigation in International and European law field.
Career opportunities
The qualification gives access to the International and EU regulated profession or any other not regulated legal profession. Graduates of the programme will be able to pursue academic career in Lithuania and abroad in continuing their postgraduate studies in PhD programme in social sciences.
