Entry qualification | Undergraduate diploma (or higher) N. B. for non-EU/EFTA applicants: The gap since your completed Bachelor degree should not exceed five years. No less than 20 ECTS credits in the fields of management, marketing, and optional courses in the fields of economics, business and management; or at least 1 year of professional experience and a free-form statement from the employer, indicating the length of employment and the position held. Important: additional country-specific requirements are set only for the following countries which you can find HERE (STEP 2). If your qualification and motivation meet the requirements, you will receive an invitation for an interview with the Admissions Committee. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Lithuanian. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. Translation is considered to be official when it is bound together with the certified true copy of the original document and is confirmed by the translator’s signature. Overview
The aim of the study programme is to train Masters in business studies who are able to implement business processes, adapt to challenges of the contemporary and dynamic business environment, creatively use the instruments of business process analysis, prepare and continuously implement strategy-based decisions acknowledging business as holistic and not limited to fragmented task solutions.
You and your colleagues usually already run businesses or work in business entities, hence, you face similar issues. However, our professors are open and experienced experts focused on helping you. Significant demand for professionals in this area, together with acquired knowledge, opens possibilities to find a job in business companies and public sector organizations worldwide. During your studies, you will get an opportunity to spend a semester in the best universities abroad. After successful graduation, you will get a chance to go for a 6-months international internship in a company.
Programme structure
The study programme is conducted remotely on weekday evenings from 5:45 PM to 9:00 PM (Lithuanian time) via the MS Teams platform. However, the defense of the Master’s thesis will take place on campus, meaning all students must be physically present in Lithuania on the day of their thesis defense.
Each semester, students study 3 to 5 different subjects. The programme is structured in modules, where 1 to 2 subjects are studied simultaneously, and new subjects begin once the previous ones are completed. The Master’s thesis is defended in two stages, during the second and third semesters.
