Entry qualification | Undergraduate diploma (or higher) N. B. for non-EU/EFTA applicants: The gap since your completed Bachelor degree should not exceed five years. No less than 20 ECTS credits in the fields of economics theory, management, marketing, and optional courses in the fields of economics, business and management; or at least 3 years of professional experience and a free-form statement from the employer, indicating the length of employment and the position held. Important: additional country-specific requirements are set only for the following countries which you can find HERE (STEP 2). If your qualification and motivation meet the requirements, you will receive an invitation for an interview with the Admissions Committee. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Lithuanian. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. Translation is considered to be official when it is bound together with the certified true copy of the original document and is confirmed by the translator’s signature. Overview
In the face of COVID-19, 4th Industrial Revolution, and digitalization around the globe, there is a sharply growing shift toward e-commerce. The market players that will be able to empower digital marketing and international e-commerce tools will be at the forefront of the global markets. These competencies are developed in International e-commerce and marketing.
Are you a leader who empowers your employees and partners and keeps the organization going through different times? If you are the one, you will be on the wishlist of any business around the globe. These competencies are developed in Leadership, Change management and Intercultural management courses.
The leading organizations around the globe are seeking real talents. These people could be from different countries and cultures. How can you successfully lead such an intercultural team? These questions are answered in the Intercultural management course.
There is no way to be a powerful leader without a strong understanding of corporate finance. Specialists with high knowledge of finance are in high demand in leading organizations. All investment and business development decisions have to have numbers behind it. These competences are developed in Corporate finance courses.

Programme structure
Global Business & Economics is a two-year study programme, conducted primarily on-campus, although some subjects may be taught remotely via the MS Teams platform.
Classes are held on weekday evenings from 5:45 PM to 9:00 PM (Lithuanian time). Each semester, students study 4 to 6 different subjects, organized in modules. Typically, 1 to 2 subjects are studied simultaneously, with new subjects starting after the completion of the previous ones. The Master’s thesis is defended in three stages, during the second, third, and fourth semesters.

Graduates will be able to work as managers and experts in international business enterprises, public and nongovernmental organizations that are supporting business infrastructure, research and educational institutions, as well as in other organizations where global business projects are developed and implemented or to become successful entrepreneurs.
